No junk food is allowed. Instead, snacks must include glass platters of almonds and oatcakes, and there’s a strict green-only policy when it comes to salad bar nibbles. A source said: “She’s extremely regimented and is taking everything extremely seriously, so she expects her list of demands to be adhered to. “Working so hard and with the toll the travel takes on her body in addition to the intense shows, she feels that her requests aren’t too much to ask for as she wants to ensure everything goes to plan.” Before performing at her gig at the O2 in London on Monday night, the star flew in from her base in Berkshire by private helicopter and then took over the venue’s biggest dressing rooms which are normally used by whole sports teams.
She had been offered the chance to become the first artist to use the arena’s newly-refurbished dressing rooms, but chose the larger rooms and then kitted them out with white drapes, leather sofas and rugs. A spokesman for Beyoncé declined to comment
